Shipping and Handling

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order, followed by 3-5 business days for shipping.

Note: Some items may take up to 3 weeks to ship, depending on availability.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of excessive wear.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at thenewheritagebrand@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#): You will receive a unique RA# to include with your return.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging or a similarly sturdy box.
  4. Include the RA#: Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the Package: Send the package to the provided address.
  6. Retain Proof of Shipping: Keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
